Pray for Me Campaign
Launch Event, Sunday, August 20; Fellowship Hall
Join us for a time of prayer and fellowship as CPC launches it’s own Pray for Me Campaign. Students will have the opportunity to connect with their Prayer Champions for the year. Desserts and drinks will be provided. If you would like to become a Prayer Champion, email Greg.

Calling All Singers: Choir Returns!

Labor Day Ice Cream Social

Bring your favorite ice cream toppings (no nuts) and join us in the parking lot next to the Edwards House for some ice cream sundaes, live music, and time to fellowship with one another. Ice cream and drinks provided.

WOMEN’S MINISTRY:
Annual Women’s Ministry Kick-Off Luncheon
Sunday, August 27, after 11:00am service; Fellowship Hall
Join us as we kick off the event season for the Women’s Ministry! Lunch will be provided. We will hear from our Women’s Ministry Team and have a chance to sign up for different events and service opportunities. When you RSVP please indicate if you would like to contribute a dish (we will provide the recipe) or if you have any dietary restrictions. RSVP to Mary Beth McGreevy.

Bible Study Workshop

All women are invited to a workshop on studying the
Bible, “Deep Roots in Distracted Times: Digging into God’s Word”. We will hear from Brian Aucker, Ryan Laughlin, and Mary Beth McGreevy as they share tips for why and how to dig into Scripture as well as taking time to pray for our church’s and individual’s time in the Word. Women’s Retreat: Transformed!
Friday, September 22-Saturday, September 23; Mercy Retreat Center
All women are invited to a a time of food, fellowship, and the opportunity to hear from Courtney Doctor on the theme “Transformed: A Study in the Book of Romans”. Cost is $85 for an individual room, $68 for a double, or $30 for a commuter. Full and partial scholarships are available. Firm Foundations Tutoring Program
How can you bring healing, reconciliation, and justice to St. Louis? Tutor and mentor a child! Firm Foundations has two locations with different after school and evening 
hours to accommodate all schedules. Tutors choose which day of the week, time, and location works best for them. If you are willing to love a child or have any questions,
