Since 1999, Lois Emborsky has served Covenant Church as the administrative assistant to the senior pastor. Originally from Ohio, Lois has lived in the Midwest, New England, and the South - her introduction to living cross-culturally! Now she lives in South St. Louis City with a diversity of people that includes Africans, Asians, and Latin Americans. She finds this a good reminder that God is bigger than her particular perspective. Her daughter Tasha lives nearby and works as an RN at St. Mary's hospital in Clayton. Lois' current favorite book is Listening to Love: Responding to the Startling Voice of God, by Jan Meyers. One of her favorite bumper stickers has been "Michigan State University is the university of Michigan"!
