We desire to be a ministry that extends and applies Covenant Presbyterian Church’s vision of “Deep Roots, Wide Reach” to adolescent youth within their age and stage.
…In a phrase:
Growing Gospel Roots and Extending Gospel Reach in the Next Generation for the Glory of Christ.
What Are You Interested In?
We desire to equip our youth to answer the fundamental questions of adolescence as they are addressed and experienced within gospel-formed community.
We are committed to and desire to exhibit the following values in the pursuit of
realizing our vision and following our mission:
We believe that the context of gospel ministry is personal relationships, which often includes simply having fun together.
We believe in making the good news of Christ the center and driving force of everything we do.
We believe in “coming alongside” parents in the discipleship process and helping integrate our youth into the work and worship of the local church.
This is a time for us to gather, sing together and to study the Scriptures. We meet every Sunday morning in the Youth House at 9:45a.m. Our group divides into three classes:
7th-8th Grades
9th-10th Grades
11th-12th Grades
D-Groups are small groups, divided by grade and gender, and led by at least two staff and volunteer ministry leaders. These groups gather for fellowship, accountability, encouragement, Bible study, and prayer on Wednesday nights during the school year at the Youth House.
Jr. High: 5:30pm-7:00pm
Sr. High: 7:00pm-9:00pm
We have many retreats and conferences each year that create space for students to study God’s Word, to grow deeper with one another, to serve others, and to create memories in the midst of busy schedules. Some of our retreats are for Jr. High or Sr. High specifically, while others allow the whole youth group to connect together.
